Promotions are distributed when you work hard, and we see you showing up for work DAILY. Do not ask for a promotion,
or you will either be fired, or de-promoted. Promotions are given on Monday and Friday (ANY TIME). You can either choose to
get a PAY, or you can choose to get a PROMOTION (Promo).
